As you know, next Monday is a scheduled holiday in recognition of President's Day; we are not in school that day. Next week, we will be learning in-person Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Wednesday continuing as a remote learning day. Wednesday plays an important role in supporting extra disinfecting in schools as well as slowing contact tracing in the community.
With this, we are excited about the opportunity to increase in-person learning for our students. As mentioned previously, we will increase that time in a methodical manner to ensure stability so that we keep schools open. The Return to Learn Task Force meets again this Wednesday, 2/17 ( the meeting was resheduled from 2/10) to evaluate the new data and make recommendations on next steps. Please watch for updates from the district, as well as from our school our school; I will always do my best to keep communication current and clear.
One reminder...student drop off starts at 7:25 am. We ask that you do not drop off sooner as supervision does not begin until then.
Happy Long Weekend!
