Art

Chrysti Meador teaches a few different Specials classes at our school.  Each of these has its own unique curriculum and standards that are presented through many hands-on opportunities.

 

 

The main focus of our Art program is to teach how the Elements of Art are used together with the Principles of Art to create a variety of artwork for people to communicate with and enjoy.  We also focus on understanding why people create Art and how cultures may differ on what they make or why they make it.  We use a variety of media and try to inspire creativity and enjoyment in all that we create.
